Description: On July 3, 2021, Tucker Henrick (Plaintiff) was sitting in a taxi vehicle when he was approached by Defendant officers without legal justification. Defendants grabbed plaintiff, ripped him out of the vehicle, and slammed him on the ground. Defendants then unlawfully handcuffed Plaintiff, and the latter did not resist arrest. Plaintiff was transported to the 69th Precinct and then Kings County Central Bookings; and while in custody, defendants provided the DA with false, misleading, and/or incomplete information that plaintiff committed a crime.
