Description: On February 19, 2018, at approximately 4:00PM at 87-15 Rockaway Beach Boulevard in Queens, New York, the plaintiffs, Ana Diaz and Marian Brewer, were handcuffed by the defendants, without just cause or provocation, and falsely accused of having committed the crime of unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
