Description: On February 11th, 2021, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Plaintiff Alex Rosario was lawfully walking from his apartment at 1102 Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn, NY, to the Western Union down the street. While walking down the street, the defendants NYPD police officer Timothy Deck, and NYPD police officers John Does #1-10, dressed in plain clothing, suddenly grabbed the plaintiff. The defendants had no probable/reasonable cause or justifiable reason to grab the plaintiff. The defendants did not announce themselves as police officers but still grabbed the plaintiff, handcuffed him, and threw him into a vehicle.
