Description: Officers stopped and searched without probable cause. As they were collecting the ID the plaintiff put gum in his mouth officers then grabbed him and made him spit it out by force and from there they severely beat him until the plaintiff briefly lost consciousness. When family asked for the officers to stop they un-holstered their guns. At the precinct officers were asked by the desk Sergeant to call EMT and transport him to a hospital. Plaintiff charged with unspecified charges which were later dismissed.
