Description: On March 17, 2016 Plaintiff Grissom went to a restaurant where he enquired about the whereabouts of his friend, Plaintiff Williams. In response, Sgt. Frazier and PO Adam Muniz tackled, beat, and assaulted Plaintiff Grissom without legal justification. Plaintiff Grissom was taken to the hospital by POs for injuries inflicted on him and thereafter the 25th Precinct and Central Booking against his will. Plaintiff Grissom was never advised of any criminal charges against him. Plaintiff suffered physical and psychological issues as a result of this incident, some of which may be permanent.
