The 41st Precinct had received complaints of the assailant assaulting, robbing, burglarizing others in the building and surrounding area. Defendants Police Officers William Mari, Yareimi Ocasio, Henry Musac, Shakeen Robinson arrived at the scene and arrested Plaintiff in his home, without probable cause or a search warrant. Description: On April 24, 2019 at approximately 12:00 p.m. Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 957 Kelly Street when POs Ahsan Zafar, Yareimi Ocasio, John Doe, and John Roe approached Plaintiff without legal reason and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive manner.
