Description: On April 11, 2015, plaintiff was approached by defendant NYPD officers Charneco (Badge No. 954633) and an unnamed NYPD defendant officer, and unlawfully arrested, handcuffed and taken to a local precinct, where he was processed and wrongfully imprisoned. Plaintiff protested and spoke with defendant NYPD officer Wilson (unknown first name). Plaintiff was released after less than 24 hours, and was not charged. Plaintiff was arrested based on unlawful orders received from defendant NYPD detective Long (unknown first name), and his arrested was motivated by the plaintiff's race. Plaintiff suffered emotional injuries as a result of this incident.
