Description: On January 28, 2018, plaintiff was within her residence when defendant-NYPD officers, including defendant-Officer MD Khan (Shield No. 2018), entered the plaintiff's apartment without probable cause, reasonable suspicion, consent, or a warrant. The defendants grabbed plaintiff, handcuffed her, and searched the plaintiff. At no time did the defendants find contraband, weapons, or controlled substances. Plaintiff showed the defendants her valid, up-to-date lease for the apartment with NYCHA. Nevertheless, the defendants shoved plaintiff into a police vehicle, transporting her to the 84th Precinct and ultimately Central Booking.
