Description: On March 8, 2019, inside the vicinity of 404 East 105th Street, Apt. 6B, in New York County, the plaintiffs were lawfully present inside the apartment located at the aforesaid address when defendant NYPD officers unlawfully entered the apartment and questioned the plaintiffs. The defendants had done so despite possessing no valid reason to inquire, as no criminal activity was reasonably suspected. The plaintiffs were subsequently forced to the ground despite the fact one of them was recovering from neck surgery causing further injuries.
