Description: On August 24, 2013 at 4:35AM, the Plaintiff was inside the Lorimer L train subway station in Brooklyn. The Plaintiff's friend was arrested. A second friend of the plaintiff existed the station and asked the police where the arrestee was to be taken. When the police were aggressive in response, the Plaintiff tried to diffuse the situation. The plaintiff was walking away with his second friend when the police began yelling at him. When the plaintiff asked the police to take it easy, he was arrested without probable cause or reasonable suspicion by several officers including Defendant ANA D. CUAZ (Shield # 29104).
