Description: On May 3, 2012, Plaintiff was waiting with his girlfriend for a bus when approached by Defendant Officer Joseph Roschbach and other officers. Defendant Roschbach pushed Plaintiff several times, ultimately into a fence, while Defendant Officers Thomas Alessi, Michael Martinson and Kendra McFadden watched. Without cause, Defendant Roschbach and others violently twisted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back, injuring him, and causing his girlfriend to intervene. The officers illegally searched the Plaintiff’s backpack while questioning him for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
