Description: On April 15, 2020, Plaintiff Collins was visiting his nephew when police arrived to deal with a domestic dispute between his nephew and nephew's girlfriend. When the officers left, Plaintiff's nephew began physically assaulting Plaintiff and Defendant Officers then approached and illegally seized Plaintiff without probable cause, suspicion or any other justification. The Defendant Officers grabbed Plaintiff and slammed him to the ground, causing Plaintiff pain, shock and emotional distress.
