Description: On June 20, 2022, plaintiff was lawfully parked in his vehicle when he was unlawfully stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, seized, searched, and falsely arrested by defendant NYPD officers Joshua Seobarran, Robert Stosch, and other defendant officers, at the intersection of Livonia Avenue and Rockaway Avenue in Brooklyn , New York. The defendants seized plaintiffs violently and aggressively, grabbing his head and body, and shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas. Defendants then violently contorted plaintiffs arms and wrists behind his back and handcuffed him so tightly as to cause bruises and swelling.
