Description: On February 21, 2020, while lawfully at her residence at 277 Grafton Street, the plaintiff was alerted by her tenant's son about a Jamaican male attempting to gain access to hang signs. The tenant refused entry and called the plaintiff, who stayed within her property line and observed the unknown male with defendant officers, including Andrew Cardenas and John Does. After confirming the plaintiff's ownership of the property, the defendants focused on the argument between the tenant's son and the unknown male. Ignoring the plaintiff's request to leave, the defendants ordered the tenant's son inside.
