Description: On June 30, 2022, a woman was robbed on the subway while plaintiff, Allan William was waiting for a subway at Hugh Grant Circle and Metropolitan Avenue, in Bronx County. When the train pulled into the station, police officers responded to the victim, and passengers were not allowed to board the train, so Plaintiff opted to leave the subway station and take a bus instead. Plaintiff was a dark skinned Guyanese male, in his early 20s who was 5'3, and was wearing a light blue hoodie and a medical mask.
