Description: On November 10, 2012 at 12:50 pm, plaintiff was walking near the intersection of Howard Avenue and Fulton Street in Brooklyn. Without probable cause or reasonable suspicion PO Brian Gosik and PO John Doe 1-3 demanded plaintiff stand against a wall and submit to being searched. Plaintiff refused to consent to search and attempted to walk away and was subsequently tripped by police officers. While on the ground, plaintiff was subjected to multiple unwarranted hits and kicks to his body and head. After his beating, plaintiff was placed under arrest and taken to Woodhull Hospital. Plaintiff incurred a laceration above his left eyebrow as a result of the beating and had to receive eleven sutures. The officers charge...
