4. Guilty: Parked a Department vehicle in a fire zone
5. Guilty: Made improper entries in his activity log.
6. Guilty: Failed to sign out of roll call as required on three (3) separate occasions.
7. Guilty: Having been scheduled to perform a tour commencing at 11:27 hours, was absent and did not report until 1140 hours.
