Description: On or about November 10, 2020, at approximately 10:30pm, police officers, for no reason other than the color of their skin, forcibly siezed and detained Plaintiffs while they were at a restaurant located at or near 54th Street and Tenth Avenue in New York County. Betwen 5 and 10 officers rushed into the restaurant with guns drawn screaming at the plaintiffs to "get down..hands up..don't move". They asked plaintiffs where the gun was. The Defendant officers then handcuffed plaintiffs and brought them to the precint. They were shown a video with black people in it and asked if they recognised anyone in it.
