Description: On or about December 14, 2017, Plaintiff was visiting her boyfriend’s apartment in the Bronx. Plaintiff had been in the apartment for two hours before she heard banging on the door and P.O.s yelling for the door to be opened. Upon opening the door, P.O.s, including Emilio Melendez and Joshua Healy, pushed their way in, pushing her back to the wall. Officer Emilio Melendez grabbed and turned her around and pushed her stomach against a rail, causing her pain.
