Description: On September 24, 2016, as plaintiff was exiting a food store, defendants approached her and falsely accused plaintiff of attempting to steal items, and of having their property in her bag. Defendants thereafter called the police, grabbed plaintiff by the arm and threw her to the floor. Defendant officers arrived at the scene and transported plaintiff to the 30th precinct, where plaintiff was searched. All charges brought against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.
