paid to occupy when Defendants ODANE JOHNSON and other unknown police officers walked into the hotel room without a search warrant, consent
and without any legal authority to do so. Defendants violently restrained Plaintiff and contorted her arms behind her back before finally affixing metal handcuffs. Defendants then proceeded to illegally strip-search with an attendant cavity inspection or other intrusive bodily inspection despite the clear lack of any indicia of secreted contraband. Description: On June 6, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of her apartment building at 2815 Schley Avenue, Apartment 7A, Bronx, New York. At this time defendant NYPD officers unlawfully stopped and seized the plaintiff accusing her of possessing drugs. At no time did Ms. Posas possess any drugs, contraband, illegal paraphernalia, or commit any crime. Nevertheless, she was arrested and transported to PSA 8 Precinct where she was subjected to a strip search. No weapons or drugs were recovered.
