Description: On January 3, 2021, Plaintiff was in a hotel room which Plaintiff’s friend had
paid to occupy when Defendants ODANE JOHNSON and other unknown police officers walked into the hotel room without a search warrant, consent
and without any legal authority to do so. Defendants violently restrained Plaintiff and contorted her arms behind her back before finally affixing metal handcuffs. Defendants then proceeded to illegally strip-search with an attendant cavity inspection or other intrusive bodily inspection despite the clear lack of any indicia of secreted contraband.
