Description: On or about April 20, 2016, Plaintiffs Quintyn Olivo, Felicity Olivo, and Noheme Perez were unlawfully arrested and detained for alleged violations of Penal Law Section 260.10 (1), Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Penal Law Section 195.05, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree by Defendant Police Officer Idalia Castillo and ten additional unidentified police officers employed by the NYPD. The defendants arrived at 951 Hoe Avenue in the Bronx in response a call made to 911 regarding an unattended five year old child.
