Description: On October 24, 2014, Defendant Officers Diaz and Robinson, for no apparent reason, illegally approached, harassed, abused, assaulted and battered and caused Plaintiff to fear for his safety. Both Defendant Officers assaulted the Plaintiff when they struck, kicked, punched and beaten his person and forcibly placed Plaintiff in handcuffs. Defendant Officers continued to strike, kick, punch, and beat the Plaintiff punching and striking Plaintiff with a baton. Plaintiff was denied timely medical attention by the Defendant Police Officers.
