Description: On April 1, 2014, plaintiff was in a vehicle sitting front passenger-side. A defendant police officer turned on their car's lights, and plaintiff's friend pulled their vehicle over. The driver complied with defendant's orders. After issuing a summons for failing to yield to a pedestrian, the defendant said plaintiff and her friend were free to leave. Shortly thereafter, defendant said over the NYPD vehicle's loudspeaker to please move their vehicle now. This was impossible as the light was red and there was significant traffic.
