Description: On or about August 14, 2012, Plaintiffs were resided within the subject premises with their mother and one plaintiff's two infant sons when officers attempted to unlawfully enter the premises. These officers include Joseph Hayward, William Schumacher, Jose Alvarez, Mckiver, and others. They attempted to lure Plaintiffs to open the door so that they could conduct a warrantless search by forcing a third party knock on Plaintiffs' door, asking for Plaintiffs' mother. Once refused entry, the officers began to bang and pound loudly on the door, causing the mother and the infants distress.
