Complaint
Description: Around 8:30 am on May 16, 2016, Mr. Ramos exited the subway train, was detained and arrested, and was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. The officer claims he rubbed himself against a female passenger, which Mr. Ramos denied. The officer then assaulted Mr. Ramos and handcuffed him.
Mr. Ramos was arrested, incarcerated, and forced to pay bail. That officer then delayed the court proceedings for over a year until the complaint was dismissed, seemingly because she had misidentified Mr. Ramos as the defendant.
