Description: On July 6, 2019, Plaintiff was walking home when Defendant Officer Frank Gandolfi and John or Jane Doe 1-5 approached Plaintiff while calling Plaintiff by his name and stating that their supervisor had a substantial interest in him. Plaintiff recognized one of the officers from his previous arrest who is believed to be said supervisor interested in Plaintiff. Defendant Officers unlawfully questioned Plaintiff regarding illegal activity, despite possessing no valid reason to inquire, as no criminal activity was present or even reasonably suspected. Description: Around 8:30 am on May 16, 2016, Mr. Ramos exited the subway train, was detained and arrested, and was charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse. The officer claims he rubbed himself against a female passenger, which Mr. Ramos denied. The officer then assaulted Mr. Ramos and handcuffed him. Mr. Ramos was arrested, incarcerated, and forced to pay bail. That officer then delayed the court proceedings for over a year until the complaint was dismissed, seemingly because she had misidentified Mr. Ramos as the defendant.
