Description: On October 23rd, 2019, while lawfully walking on the street in Bronx County, defendants Officer Danny Aquino (Shield No. 24051), Officer Geraldine Ozuna (Shield No. 2306), Officer Jonathan Chabrier (Shield No. 18690), and two John Doe officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained the plaintiff Hiram Lopez in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was then arrested, detained, strip-searched, humiliated, photographed, and maliciously prosecuted for crimes (all later dismissed) based on false information given by the officers.
