Description: On November 21, 2022, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Plaintiff Ramon Tony Garrido was lawfully present inside his apartment at 15 East 21st Street, Apartment 540, New York, New York, when the Defendants, NYPD Police Detective Ronald Remo, Police Sergeant Rafael Morales and several unnamed NYPD Officers unlawfully arrested Plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification.
