Description: On or about September 28, 2014 Plaintiff had a dispute regarding his bill with the bouncer of a night club. A PO, believed to be PO Colin Sullivan, inserted himself in the dispute and compelled Plaintiff to pay the disputed charges. Plaintiff did so then PO Sullivan cursed at Plaintiff while ordering him to leave the premises. Plaintiff complied but PO Sullivan and potentially POs Kenton Grant, "John" Cauley, "John" Morris, and John Does 1-10 continued to follow Plaintiff as he crossed the street, walked to an intersection, attempted to call his friends, and hail a taxi. Plaintiff doubled back to increase his chances of hailing a taxi, forcing him to pass the POs. Plaintiff asked them why they were still follow...
