Description: On May 2, 2019, the plaintiff was at a friend's residence when he was unlawfully stopped, seized, searched, assaulted and arrested by certain unidentified POs, including PO Carlos Rivero without any reasonable suspicion of unlawful behaviour or a search/arrest warrant. The defendants falsely accused the plaintiff of crimes concerning possession of contraband and assaulted and battered the plaintiff. The plaintiff was then handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion, thrown on a bed and locked in a bedroom for some time and then searched again in the hallway.
