Description: On June 28, 2012, Plaintiff was falsely arrested by Defendant Officer Kelly, Mckinnon, and one unnamed Officer in Manhattan. Plaintiff was sitting with a sign that read "anything helps, god bless" when the three Defendants approached and handcuffed and arrested him. Defendant Officer Kelly swore to a false criminal complaint alleging Plaintiff obstructed pedestrian traffic. Defendant Officer Kelly also incorrectly identified the location of the arrest. Charges were dismissed. On July 12, 2012, again Plaintiff was sitting with the same sign against a wall legs folded on the sidewalk.
