Description: On or about June 10, 2014, Plaintiff was lawfully on a street in the Bronx when Officer Kimberly Hillery and an undercover officer approached Plaintiff and placed her in handcuffs. Defendants commence a search of Plaintiff's belongings, uncovering no evidence of criminal activity or unlawful activity. After the unlawful search, Defendant's transported Plaintiff to a nearby precinct and was held in custody for approximately 24 hours. Defendant's forwarded knowingly false and misleading information to the prosecutors with respect to Plaintiff's arrest, who was ultimately charged with one count of prostitution. Plaintiff was acquitted by a jury of all charged against her on or about November 7, 2014.
