Description: On August 16, 2019 at approximately 10:00 PM outside of 156-71 Cross Bay Boulevard, in the borough of Queens, plaintiff was approached by police officers. More specifically, he was arrested for assault and harassment by police officer John Digiaimo, unidentified police officer (John Doe 1) and unidentified police officers (John Does 2-12). Plaintiff had been engaged in a (physical) dispute with a certain Mr. Said, upon which both plaintiff and Mr. Said were arrested. Video surveillance existed inside the restaurant but officers made no attempt to view it before or after arresting plaintiff.
