Description: On December 2, 2021, Officers Nicholas Mitchell (Tax Reg. #953117), Nicholas Frazier (Shield #09632), Patrick Doyle (Shield #07171), John Doe, and Jane Doe, with Sergeants Darin Lazar (Tax Reg #943479) and Robert Passero (Shield #11521), arrested Plaintiff Joshua Robinson without cause and charged him with promoting gambling in the second degree. Robinson had been waiting on a public street for his girlfriend when defendant officers bum-rushed and grabbed him. They tightly handcuffed him, subjected him to illegal searches on the street and again in the precinct, and repeatedly ignored Robinson's requests to know the basis for his arrest.
