Description: On 14 April, 2015 Wayne Cole Jr (Plaintiff) was caused to be detained by officers Pisarenko and officers John Doe 1-3 of NYPD (defendants) falsely, unjustly and without cause. The defendants were allowed to remain as police officers despite NYPDs knowledge of the defendants propensity to act without cause.
