Description: On or about January 6, 2020, the Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of 16 Ten Eyck St., Brooklyn, when he was accosted by Defendant officers including P.O. Lucchesi, P.O. Galindosanchez, P.O. Martino, P.O. Hong and P.O. John Doe 1-10. At the time of the incident, the Plaintiff was mentally impaired by psychological issues and/or intoxicated by some unknown substance. The aforementioned Defendant officers placed the Plaintiff under arrest by handcuffing his arms tightly behind his back and unlawfully searched him without probable cause, upon which no contraband was found on the Plaintiff.
