Description: On October 13, 2015, Plaintiff Allen Scott Gardner was taken to a police precinct in the Bronx in connection to a domestic dispute. At the precinct, Plaintiff was brought to an interrogation room where Defendant POs Dominic Robinson, Robert Cintron, William Cadena, Michael Gersh, and Melvin Moutrie were located. The defendants began to verbally intimidate plaintiff, making statements to Plaintiff indicating he was “going to jail” and that the police officers were going to “lock him up.” Upon Plaintiff asking why he was being arrested, Defendants met outside, and decided they would "do it the hard way" and then punched Plaintiff in the face and stomach repeatedly, stomping on Plaintiff, and pulling his arms behi...
