Description: On June 2, 2018, defendants, including NYPD officers Darryl Scwartz, Clifford Hollywood, Joshua Martinez and Ian Chikel as well as unnamed NYPD officers, illegally conducted a stop of Plaintiff and his motor vehicle, false claiming that Plaintiff was speeding. Such NYPD Officers falsely reported to have observed Plaintiff was exhibiting symptoms of alcohol intoxication. Such NYPD officers proceeding to unlawfully search Plaintiff, then physically restrained and handcuffed Plaintiff in excessively tight fashion, which caused Plaintiff to suffer substantial pain to his wrists and back.
