Description: On 3/24/2020, plaintiff PALMER, was lawfully and properly present in the premises of 507 West 142nd Street. Defendant Officer, DEREK W. JUNG and “JAMES” COOPER, first name fictitious, assaulted and battered and wrongfully and falsely arrested, detained, and confined the plaintiff ALEXANDER PALMER, without probable or just cause, grounds, or provocation. Following the assault, the Defendant officers wrongfully detained and arrested Plaintiff Palmer. The defendant officers then forcibly hand-cuffed, detained, transported and treated as a common criminal and incarcerated and imprisoned at various facilities owned, operated, maintained, and controlled by the defendant CITY OF NEW YORK.
