Description: On October 23, 2019, Sable D. Ford, while nine months pregnant, was driving to her OBGYN appointment and encountered a vehicle blocking traffic on 84th Street. Ford asked the female passenger to close the door, which led to a verbal exchange. The vehicle, the complaint alleges, was driven by NYPD Officer Orsy Quada and accompanied by Special Enforcement Police Officer Jane Doe, followed Ford and pulled her over. Quada requested Ford's license and registration and falsely accused her of reckless driving, claiming she almost hit his partner. When Ford called 911 for help.
