Description: On September 13, 2020, Plaintiff was lawfully present at or about the premises known as 1810 Lexington Avenue. Plaintiff was approached, assualted and batter by Defendant officer Travis Brady, Sergeant Levy, Officer Perrier, Officer Christian Garcia and others (together the "defendants"). He was grabbed, thrown to the ground, beaten and forcefully placed in handcuffs, without probable cause. The plaintiff was taken to the 23rd Precinct and then to Metropolitan Hospital, for medical treatment of his injuries while under police custody. After the hospital at approximately 7:30pm, the plaintiff was taken back to the 23rd Police Precinct and transported to New York County Central Booking at approximately 7:30am. th...
