Description: On June 22, 2017, Plaintiff was on his way home when he was approached by an officer. Subsequently, the officer falsely claimed to other officers that Plaintiff had offered to pay money for sexual services. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to the precinct. All charges against Plaintiff were later dismissed.

Description: On or about June 22, 2017, plaintiff was on his way home when he was approached by another individual. At no time did plaintiff offer money for sexual services or engage in any other unlawful or criminal conduct. Defendant PO Doe then placed plaintiff under arrest, accusing him of having offered money for sexual services. Plaintiff was subsequently charged with patronizing a prostitute. Plaintiff had to make numerous court appearances before all charges against him were dismissed.
