Description: On or about October 25, 2018, at approximately 2 PM in front of the Queens County Savings Bank, plaintiff Michael Dispenza was falsely imprisoned and taken into custody by members of the NYPD, including NYPD officers Christopher Fusaro and Yadira Ariza. Dispenza was thrown against the front wall/window of the bank by officers Fusaro and Ariza. While effectuating the seizure of Dispenza, officers Fusaro and Ariza searched, seized, and grabbed the person of Dispenza without a court authorized arrest or search warrant. Officers Fusaro and Ariza provided false information to the District Attorney's office to initiate criminal prosecution against Dispenza.
