Description: Defendants include Police officer Rosado, Sergrant Lamey, Sergeant Perez, Police Officers John Does 1-10.
On March 19, 2018, Defendant Officers sprayed mace into Santia Misk's ("Plaintiff") face further to a verbal dispute (Plaintiff was not involved). The Plaintiff was then unlawfully stopped, questioned and frisked before being willfully and maliciously battered, when the Defendant Officers, in a hostile and/or offensive manner handcuffed the Plaintiff excessively tightly without his consent with the intention of causing harmful and/or offensive bodily contact to the plaintiff and caused such battery.
