Description: On May 9, 2019, at the 81st precinct, in Brooklyn, Plaintiff, Mr. Kayserian voluntarily surrendered himself to police officers. Police officers from the 81st
precinct, including, upon information and belief, defendant NYPD Detective David Paray, and Police Officer Boyle, and NYPD Officers John and Jane Does #1-8, and other yet unknown police officers, committed the following illegal acts against Plaintiff Kayserian. During his incarceration Plaintiff Kayserian was assaulted by an inmate. Defendants failed to protect Plaintiff Kayserian or intervene in these acts of violence committed against him during his time in custody.
