Description: On November 16, 2021, P.O. SAMBOLIN, SIEVERS, and JOHN DOEs 1-2 approached Plaintiff, black, and stopped while Plaintiff was lawfully in front of 1129 Myrtle Avenue. P.O.s arrested and handcuffed the Plaintiff without lawful reason to warrant to arrest of Plaintiff. Upon arrival at the jail, P.O. subjected Plaintiff to a humiliating search and confiscated all his money and personal belongings. Due to a false criminal complaint, Plaintiff had to appear publicly as a criminal defendant in court. On February 8, 2022, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.

Description: On June 21, 2019, at Atlantic Avenue, L Line, Booth H35, PO Yudelka Meran, Michael Sievers, and defendants John or Jane Doe 1-20 forcibly threw Plaintiff against the wall, grabbed him from behind, tightly handcuffed and searched and seized him. Plaintiff repeatedly requested the defendant officers to loosen the handcuffs as the tightness was causing him substantial pain but was ignored. Plaintiff is a 20 year-old African-American male.
