Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was at a restaurant with family when her cousins got into an altercation. Plaintiff then left with her husband and one cousin when Defendant Officers approached them at a bus stop, shoved Plaintiff, and took her husband and cousin back to the restaurant. Plaintiff then walked to meet them there and was grabbed by Officer Lembo, handcuffed, and arrested. Plaintiff was charged with OGA which was ACD'd at arraignments.
