Description: On or about February 1, 2017 at approximately 8:20 am Plaintiff Ronnell Bradford was in the vicinity of his employment when defendants Sgt Primrose Housen, Lt. Peter Gentile, Det. Ken Baker informed Plaintiff at his place of employment that he was being arrested and arrested him by handcuffing his arms tightly behind his back and searched him without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. The Defendants took Plaintiff to a nearby precinct where he was searched, fingerprinted, photographed and held in a holding cell and then he was transferred to Central Booking where he was detained and then released after an arraignment.
