Description: On July 14, 2017, at approximately 7:30 p.m., the defendants unlawfully stopped, seized, and detained the plaintiffs, Ariam Kershaw and Alexander Garcia, in an excessive manner with excessive force. The plaintiffs were outside of "206 Samy Gourmet Deli" in the Bronx when they were approached by the defendants, NYPD Officer Mario Dieujuste, and unnamed NYPD Officers John Doe #1 - 5.
