Description: On or about November 24th, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when he was approached by PO Adam Riddick, DET Anthony Cozzi and PO "John Doe" of the NYPD. Plaintiff was arrested for attempted murder, assault, possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana. At the time of his arrest Plaintiff did not possess any weapons, contraband, or illicit substances on his person. He denied all of the charges and the victim of the attempted murder even made a statement that Plaintiff was not the perpetrator. Bail was set at Plaintiff's arraignment.
